The aftermath of the US Home Auction

What a great experience I just had at attending my first auction. I had no idea that many people would show up to an auction. It was very loud, there were problems with the microphone and sound a few times, but overall I saw some people make some great deals and some that just didn't make since. I would highly advice any Realtors, Loan Agents that want to grab some extra business by attending the auction. by the way my clients and I sat in the front row by the very loud speakes and I beleive I'm deaf for now...

US HOME AUCTION

I hosted a few open houses for the US home auction the past couple of weekends and I could not beleive the foot traffic of clients coming through the door. Approximatley 150 people came through an open house located in Dublin California. This auction buzz definetly attracts a lot of people looking for a deal and it's a very easy way to pick up new business since there are so many people to pick and choose fronm to work with. Short Sale approved in Santa Cruz California

I have a short sale in Santa Cruz that was approved by the second lender in December, and they are willing to accept $1000 and eat the rest of the lost. The first lender which is saxon mortgage would not approve the same purchase price because they feel the first bpo that was done is accurate even though the second bpo was an interior bpo which I beleive was more accurate. To make a long story short I the investors behind saxon mortgage approved the price of $480,000 even though there are current listings and sold comparables at $450k and less. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Your honest opinions will help. Thank you.
